A sack lunch that does not need to be warmed & a snack, a refillable water bottle, 2 changes of clothes (including undergarments and socks), grocery bag for wet/ dirty clothes, rain bibs or snow bibs if needed, and rain boots/water shoes/snow boots (weather dependent). Please LABEL anything you bring with first and last names!
Our Friday Programs are set up so that students participate in farm and life skills activities while spending time exploring the animals and creek. Each Friday holds a different, seasonally based theme for students to learn through and enjoy!
For Drop-In Fridays, students may participate in our programs from 9:00am to 3:00pm. We hold this option on every Friday, unless the tutorial is out for a holiday.
Every third Friday of the month (unless a holiday requires a change), Family Fridays take place! This is where the whole family can attend! While structured activities run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, families are welcome to hang out and enjoy the farm until 3:00 PM.
For Friday Child Drop Ins, please book once per student, as each payment only pays for one child to participate in the program. Family Fridays are the only option to pay once per family, and that covers everyone! Bring Grandma and Aunty, too!
We offer Family Fridays on every 3rd Friday of the month. Please note there is different pricing for each program. Family Fridays are $20 a family, while Friday Drop Ins are $60 per student.
We have four weeks of different Summer Programs this year! We are offering multiple options, such as needing a Shuttle from Lebanon and Extended Care. Please read each booking option carefully as they are all different, based off of different needs for each family. We have 34 spots for Normal Hours for each camp, 14 spots for Normal Hours + Shuttle from Lebanon for each camp, and 12 spots for Extended Care needs for each camp.
Our Summer Programs are open to students 5 years of age through the 8th grade.
When booking our Summer Programs, please book once per student, as each payment only pays for one child to participate in the program.
Refunds: Our Summer Programs are 50% refundable before April 15th, 2025. To discuss a refund, please email admin@olivebrancheducation.org. After April 15th, 2025, our Summer Programs are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that you need to change the Summer Program dates you booked, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate; however, there are no guarantees that this will be possible, and no refunds will be given at that time. If a session is sold out, please email admin@olivebrancheducation.org with "WAITLIST" in the subject line. Please include the camp you are interested in, and you will be added to the waitlist.

In order to ensure that the program runs smoothly and effectively for everyone, it is important that all students adhere to the established expectations and guidelines.
We reserve the right to dismiss any student from any of our Specialty Programs at any time, without prior warning, for any behavior or action that violates these expectations. This includes but is not limited to disruptive behavior, disrespect to staff or peers, failure to follow program guidelines, or any actions deemed detrimental to the overall success of the program.
We believe that every student should contribute to a supportive and respectful learning environment. As such, we will take necessary action to uphold these standards, and dismissals will be made in the best interest of the program and the community. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
